All orders are custom packaged with special care to ensure the quality and safety of your purchase.  Unless specified otherwise, all orders are shipped via partners #IRENARNO brand.  Please email customerservice@irenarno.com with any inquiries.  #IRENARNO brand is not responsible for any duties, taxes, or other fees that may be assessed on international shipments.

RETURN POLICY

All sales on irenarno.com are final.  If you have any questions about any piece before making a purchase, please do not hesitate to contact us at customerservice@irenarno.com.  We will gladly address any questions or concerns you may have. In the event you receive an item that you believe is damaged or defective, we require that you email customerservice@irenarno.com within 48 hours of receiving the item and include your name, proof of purchase, a description of the issue, and photos of the item.  We reserve the right to deny any request for return, exchange, or repair.

If you purchased a  #IRENARNO brand piece from another retailer, please consult that retailer’s applicable policies.  We are not responsible for items purchased from other retailers.

The customer must provide the original invoice to be permitted for return.

The terms for returns are applicable as of the customer’s reception of the product.

All returned items must be in their original condition and should not have any of the tags removed or been worn or washed. They must be shipped back in the original packaging in which case, IRENARNO is entitled to refuse to take them back and/or may claim for damages.

Please note all shipping charges are non-refundable. All garments are to be returned at the customer’s expense.

Please note orders placed for sale items are final, they are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged.

Any item that has not been uze can be returned within 14 days
